4. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), shipping, and handling charges.

  • Advance payment may be required before commencement of work.

  • Once a project has started, payments made are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payments processed through the integrated payment gateway are subject to gateway provider terms in addition to these Terms.

5. Design Files & Intellectual Property

  • Any designs, CAD files, drawings, or models submitted by the client remain the responsibility of the client.

  • The client confirms that they own or have legal rights to use the submitted files and that such files do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

  • SA 3D Solutions shall not be liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from client-supplied designs.

  • Unless explicitly agreed in writing, all proprietary processes, workflows, methodologies, and internally developed designs of SA 3D Solutions remain our intellectual property.

6. Confidentiality

SA 3D Solutions agrees to maintain reasonable confidentiality of client-provided information and designs and will not disclose them to third parties except where required for service execution or mandated by law.

7. Manufacturing Tolerances & Limitations

  • 3D printing and manufacturing processes inherently involve tolerances, surface variations, and minor imperfections.

  • Final output may vary in color, texture, finish, and strength depending on material and process limitations.

  • SA 3D Solutions does not guarantee fitness for safety-critical, medical, aerospace, or load-bearing applications unless expressly agreed in writing.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • SA 3D Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the client upon dispatch.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Orders once confirmed and initiated cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds, if any, are granted solely at the discretion of SA 3D Solutions and only in cases of proven service failure attributable to us.

You agree not to:

  • Use the website or services for unlawful or prohibited activities.

13. Force Majeure
