2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:

  • Custom or made-to-order 3D printed parts.

  • Projects where work has already commenced.

  • Client-approved designs, CAD files, or prototypes.

  • Minor variations in color, surface finish, strength, or dimensional tolerances inherent to manufacturing processes.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Change of mind or cancellation after order confirmation.


3. Refund-Eligible Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • SA 3D Solutions fails to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely attributable to us.

  • There is a confirmed manufacturing defect that significantly deviates from the approved specifications.

  • The order is cancelled by SA 3D Solutions before work has commenced.

Any refund approval is at the sole discretion of SA 3D Solutions.


4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • The client must contact us in writing within 48 hours of delivery or service completion.

  • Refund requests submitted after the specified time frame will not be considered.


5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.

  • Payment gateway or bank transaction fees, if any, are non-refundable.


6. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where partial work has been completed, SA 3D Solutions may issue a partial refund after deducting costs incurred for materials, labor, design, and processing.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Clients are encouraged to contact SA 3D Solutions before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal action, if applicable.

  • All chargebacks and disputes shall be governed by this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All refund-related disputes and claims shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with refunds or payments shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
